With over 7 years as a top recruiter at one of the world’s largest firms, I’ve advanced from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Senior Talent Director—overseeing permanent and consulting placements across multiple industries. I’ve conducted more than 2,500 interviews and personally helped over 689 candidates land jobs, from Directors of Finance, HR, and Customer Service to entry-level professionals.

Today, I interview 60–70 candidates each month, giving me a real-time view of what truly stands out in a resume. I use this expertise to deliver resume reviews and formatting services that position you for real results.

Why do I do this?

Because I’ve been in your shoes. Before I started this career, I knew what it felt like to spend endless hours working on my resume—late nights and weekends included—only to face rejection after rejection. I remember the frustration of constantly tweaking resumes and rewriting cover letters, never knowing if my efforts were hitting the mark. At one point, I had 15 different versions of my resume and cover letters. I always wished someone could just show me what I was doing wrong—or what was missing—to finally break through.

Back then, it all felt like a game of luck. But now I know the truth: recruiters and hiring managers, overwhelmed by volume, often spend less than a minute scanning a resume. If your resume doesn’t pass that first glance, your chances drop significantly. And if you do make it past the initial screen, there are specific things we look for—things that, if missed, can lead to a cycle of frustration and defeat.
